As part of your initial session, we will determine your weight loss goals. I'm not your guy if you want to be Michael B. Jordan. I can, however, clean up your diet, increase your base metabolism, reduce your sugar and salt intake, and set macro targets based on where you want to go. For your part, you will do 14 days of food logging on a free app called www.fatsecret.com. After the 14 days, we’ll both have a clear idea of what you’re eating and how much. Then, I’ll suggest sustainable modifications to that diet to help you achieve weight loss goals.
